De 2003 à 2011, Lettres frontière a confié l’interprétation d’un visuel annuel, illustrant l’ensemble de ses outils de communication, à un artiste différent, alternativement suisse romand ou rhône-alpin. Elle a ainsi constitué un catalogue de variations autour de l’idée de passage de livre à travers la frontière.
